This day we will be using Applied Kinesiology and structural alignment to discover the relationship between Pralaya Yoga Asanas, acupuncture meridians and emotional release. Every muscle in the physical body is related to a specific organ, gland and acupuncture meridian. And each meridian is associated with a different set of emotions.
