We recommend everyone who's interested in yoga at Yogasite (with or without previous yoga experience) to start with our general introduction class. In this class, Dorinda teaches the basics of every style of yoga we offer. She'll explain the breathing technique used in yoga, how to do a sungreeting, a few key poses and focus points and an explanation of the different types of yoga on our schedule. An ideal class to kick off your yoga journey!

Not able to join us on one of these dates? Or do you prefer starting right now? You can always flow right into one of our regular classes. We recommend starting with an EasyFlow class (physically quite relaxed) or a Yoga Flow class (physically a little more challenging).
Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available in the studio, so no need to bring your own. We always provide complementary tea and water, which you can take into the yoga space with you. It's best to wear comfortable clothes in which you can move easily.
You can attend an introduction class with us for 5 euros. This amount can be paid in cash or with pin in the studio before the class starts. If you like the class, you can get a one-time introduction card: 3 classes for 20 euros. That way you can try out some other classes as well. Possibilities for subscriptions and 10-class cards are available here.
