At the age of 18 I found my first yoga teacher who inspired me to work with my body and mind in a new way; diving inwards. At that time, I also started my studies in Dance Movement Therapy which helped me develop further in this direction. Via dance and power yoga I was able to find some peace of mind through moving the body and eventually the urge came too dive deeper into yoga and all the aspects of it.
In 2017 I decided to go to India to learn more about yoga and deepen my practice. I went to a yoga retreat based on hatha yoga and meditation. A few months later I returned to work there for three months as a dance therapist. I saw how much yoga did for the people in this retreat and decided that it would be beautiful to go and spread this myself. That made me go to Rishikesh and accomplish a yoga teacher training there so that I could, apart from helping people with dance therapy, also inspire and guide people to find peace, love en depth through yoga.
After my teacher training I went back to India for yoga and I'm sure it won't be the last time. Apart from that I keep developing myself through workshops and I started the 500h teacher training with Robert Boustany.
