YOGA NIDRA & PRANAYAMA FUNDAMENTALS 2
After the introduction in Fundamentals 1 - 'from gross to subtle' - where the foundation has been laid for Yoga Nidra and Pranayama in theory and practice, Fundamentals 2 will teach you how to develop and deepen the different topics, your own practices and teachings even further.
In Fundamentals 2, you'll learn new exercises and insights into relaxation and breathing. We'll focus on the subtle domain. Motivation and suggestions for helpful phrasing in relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation will be experienced and implemented. Experiences that came up during and after Fundamentals 1 will also be attended to.
Within the context of relaxation and health, we'll also address the following topics:
* appreciation for life (nature), joy and sadness, contradictions and unity
* the importance of sunlight (Surya)
* the earth (grounding and San Kalpa) and water (transference)
This training is taught by Bart Benschop.
A vegan soup will be provided during lunch. This is included in the price, as well as complementary tea and water on all training days.
