YOGA NIDRA & PRANAYAMA FUNDAMENTALS 1
In the Fundamentals training, you'll learn Yoga Nidra and Pranayama in theory and practice, in a structured way of teaching. It can be used for teaching, or for your own personal development.
In this training, you'll learn what Yoga Nidra is, how to teach it and you'll receive tools to deepen your own experiences. Yoga Nidra is a systematic practice where you're being guided from gross to subtle awareness. Yoga Nidra can create a deep relaxation; physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a really good preparation for meditation, and it can be a meditation in and of itself. The different steps that guide you through a Yoga Nidra effect different aspects of consciousness and can give you insights into how patterns work for you. We work with two different systems; the one from Swami Satyananda Saraswati and Swami Rama.
Pranayama can be explained as breath control, but it is so much more. Through breath, you can influence your system in different ways. You'll learn how the different breathing techniques work, both technically as well as energetically. Also, you'll receive an overview for a solid base of information. All of the exercises will be attended to and you'll go through them yourself as well.
Bandhas (energy locks) will also be attended to, to get a deeper understanding of the relationship they have with the breath. Also, you'll get an introduction into Sware yoga, which is called the yoga of nose breathing.

A vegan soup will be provided during lunch. This is included in the price, as well as complementary tea and water on all training days.
