YOGA NIDRA & PRANAYAMA
TEACHER TRAINING

In this Teacher Training Yoga Nidra & Pranayama you'll learn what Yoga Nidra and Pranayama are and how to teach it to others. On top of that, you'll receive tools to deepen your own experience. This Teacher Training consists of two modules: Fundamentals 1 and Fundamentals 2.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a systematic practice in which you are guided from gross to subtle awareness. Yoga Nidra can bring about deep relaxation in a physical, mental and emotional level. It's a great preparation towards meditation and it can be a meditation in and of itself. The different steps that are part of Yoga Nidra work on different aspects of you consciousness and can give deeper insights into patterns inside of yourself.

Pranayama

Pranayama can be explained as breath control, but the term means so much more. Through the breath, you can influence your system in different ways. You will learn how different breathing exercises work on a technical and energetic level and you will receive an overview to create a solid base. All of the exercises will be given a podium and you will go through them to experience and learn them.

This training is taught by Bart Benschop.

You will find more information per Fundamental in the overview below. Are you interested in dates or in signing up? At the bottom of this page you will find everything you need!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“A TT that inspires and requires you to think and feel. Bart's excitement is contagious. Besides the wealth of information that he gives, he takes you to a deeper experience through meditation. By practicing the breathing techniques, I understand a lot better what it can do for me. And feeling safe in this group definitely contributed to that.”
