This 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training is taught by Robert Boustany and Dorinda Farver. It mainly focusses on personal development and self-enquiry. Robert teaches from a non-linear perspective, based on the principles of Pralaya yoga. Dorinda works with specific topics and guest teachers.
We provide a flexible system, which allows you to start the training at any given time. You also don't have to be present every planned training day, but you can choose per weekend and even per day when you'd like to join.
Participants need to be present a total of 20 days, of which at least 10 days with Robert. There are no other admission requirements. It's also possible to join for single days without working towards a certificate.
After the introduction in Fundamentals 1 - 'from gross to subtle' - where the foundation has been laid for Yoga Nidra and Pranayama in theory and practice, Fundamentals 2 will teach you how to develop and deepen the different topics, your own practices and teachings even further.
In Fundamentals 2, you'll learn new exercises and insights into relaxation and breathing. We'll focus on the subtle domain. Motivation and suggestions for helpful phrasing in relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation will be experienced and implemented. Experiences that came up during and after Fundamentals 1 will also be attended to.
