ANNE TE BRAKE
In 2006, Anne started teaching pilates and BodyBalance. In these classes, she found the physical challenge, but felt like she was missing the mental aspect. For her, this was the reason to start with yoga.

Anne finished the 200 & 500 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Dorinda Farver, Robert Boustany and Neva Ingalls.
